Fatal Blue Route accident was a suicide, state police say

A pedestrian struck and killed by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 476 in Nether Providence on Monday night was a suicide, Pennsylvania state police say. The incident happened about 9 p.m. at mile marker 3.8 north involving a female pedestrian and a commercial truck and trailer.
