Straw mannequin sprayed with "blood": six teenagers from Vaslui, investigated after they staged an accident and called 112

Six teenagers from Satu Nou, Vaslui County, staged a road accident, including a victim. The boys, aged between 14 and 19, made a dummy out of straw, smeared it with red paint, and spilled it on the street, to simulate a road accident. They left the dummy on the side of the road and called 112.

The Vaslui police, alerted in the middle of the night about a "corpse" or "injured man", covered in blood, on the edge of DN 24, got a big surprise. In reality, it was a straw mannequin, dressed and sprayed with red paint. It was all a "joke" by some students from Vaslui.

Several students from Satu Nou, Muntenii de Sus commune, Vaslui county, were charged with a criminal offense after calling 112 to report a so-called fatal accident.

The Vaslui IPJ was notified on Tuesday night that a road accident had occurred on the national road DN 24, at the exit from Satu Nou (municipality of Muntenii de Sus), and one person had died.
