Fargo school board selects Horace Mann as name of new elementary school

FARGO, ND – The Fargo School Board has selected Horace Mann as the name of its new northside elementary school. The board rendered a unanimous decision at its Tuesday night board meeting. The selection was made via a forced matrix completed by the board as a part of the meeting.
