Fargo man accused of felony domestic assault in Becker County

DETROIT LAKES — Kelvin Joel Gholar Jr., 35, of Fargo has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony domestic assault. According to court records, at about 2:41 a.m. on Nov. 23 Becker County deputies were dispatched to a residence in Frazee on the report of an altercation with injuries.
