Head of list of the National Rally to go to fight the town hall of Saint-Malo, Romain Le Goaster finally renounced his candidacy. Shortly after his withdrawal, Mediapart published an investigation revealing his proximity to a group of far right people.
A leader of the party in the corsary city, Romain Le Goaster appeared with the anti-Semitic polemist and had as his business partner the great silversmith of the identities, Jean-François Michaud. Confronted with these elements by Mediapart, he finally announced that he was no longer a candidate.
