Zhou Xiuzhen, a 64-year-old Falun Gong practitioner from Muling City, Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, was abducted by police on June 29. After being released on bail by her family, she has been under surveillance. On October 13, she was abducted again and detained in the Hualin Detention Center of Mudanjiang City.
