Authorities seek information on suspicious fires at Mass. apartment complex
Authorities are asking the public for information about two suspicious fires that happened at a Chelsea apartment complex last month. The fires were both reported at 70 Lafayette Ave. on Feb. 17 shortly before 8:50 p.m., the State Fire Marshal’s Office said in a Tuesday press release. No one was hurt in the fires.
Bricks fell on the sidewalk of an empty building in Chelsea, Massachusetts, and emergency teams created an area of collapse in the area as a precautionary measure. Chelsea’s Fire Department reported that it went to the 120th block of Washington Avenue on Monday night after receiving a report of bricks falling from a building.
