12 Neighbours founder wants to build 'rapidly deployable' transitional housing

12 Neighbours founder Marcel LeBrun says he wants to provide municipalities with a turnkey transitional housing service to help get people struggling with homelessness off the streets rapidly.

So far this year, a transitional home has served 117 street people who voluntarily sought social reintegration in the Queretana capital.As of this year, the “Changing Lives” transitional home run by the Institute for Human Rights and Social Inclusion has assisted 117 street people who voluntarily sought social reintegration, including three from the LGBT+ community, according to the Secretary of Development, Juan José Ojeda Dorantes.
