Carlos Forbs faces the threat of suspension following his much-discussed red card against KAA Gent. The FA Disciplinary Committee has proposed a three-match suspension for the former Ajax player, who currently plays for Club Brugge, of which one is effective and two conditional. In addition, Forbs faces a fine of 2,000 euros.
KAA Gent - Club Brugge was a tough Battle of Flanders. The home team won 2-1 against blue-black and thus did a good thing in the standings. Afterwards, there was a lot to do about a few red cards. Now, the Federal Prosecutor's Office has also taken part in the matter. And they are quite strict, although Ghent and Club Brugge can still appeal against the suspensions for Forbs and Cissé.
