Expo 2030 Riyadh has partnered with Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Co. to launch a SR3.2 billion ($853 million) joint venture for the development of "Expo Village," an integrated residential community designed to accommodate 5,500 international delegates during the event. Once the expo concludes, this community will transform into a permanent residential area, enhancing Riyadh's legacy and sustainability beyond 2031.
