One person was injured in an explosion at Fitzgerald's Salvage in Lincoln on Monday. The Delaware State Fire Marshal's office says just after 1:30pm Carlisle Fire Company was called to the scene to find multiple smoldering fires after an explosion in the scrap section behind the business.
One man was injured and taken to Bayhealth Sussex Campus for further evaluation. Firefighters from Carlisle and Ellendale put out the fires.
