ExploMar Unveils the SUPER/ISLAND Battery Platform to empower 200km range electric water transportation

ExploMar announced that it will unveil the enhanced SUPER/ISLAND Battery Platform in 2025, designed to surpass the 200 km range limitation for electric watercraft.
This launch responds to tightening environmental regulations, rising energy costs, and growing demand for sustainable medium-to-long-range electric boats.
The platform achieves system-level capacity expansion with modular configurations up to 1,080 kWh, enabling zero-emission, low-maintenance, and high-performance operations in diverse scenarios.
Each outboard motor system supports up to 270 kWh, dual systems up to 540 kWh, and four-motor systems 1,080 kWh, marking the end of range anxiety as a key technological challenge.
ExploMar’s innovation is expected to expand electric boat range, accelerate technology adoption, and facilitate large-scale commercial use worldwide in island transport, eco-tourism, and commuting.
