Danny Cahalane Murder: Woman Guilty of Acid Attack on Ex-Husband
A jury found Wilson guilty of manslaughter after Danny Cahalane died 10 weeks after an acid attack at his Plymouth home.
A jury at Winchester Crown Court found Paris Wilson, 35, guilty of manslaughter in the death of Danny Cahalane, while Abdulrasheed Adedoja and Israel Augustus were convicted of murder.
Prosecutors alleged Cahalane was targeted over a £120,000 drug debt owed to Dubai-based kingpin Ryan Kennedy, known as 'Frost,' with Wilson acting as his contact to pressure the victim.
Cahalane was doused with concentrated sulphuric acid at his Plymouth home on February 21, 2025, dying in a Bristol hospital 10 weeks later after a trial spanning approximately 15 weeks.
While some defendants face sentencing tomorrow, Friday, May 15, others will learn their fate next month; Isanah Sungum was separately convicted of participating in an organised crime group.
Investigations revealed an attempted kidnapping at The Quay in Oreston on January 19, 2025, preceding the killing, as nine individuals faced trial in connection with Cahalane's death.
