- Investigators found three 9 mm shell casings inside the home and identified a suspect vehicle traced to Rockford, Ill., linking McKee through Columbus Police surveillance.
- Michael McKee is scheduled to appear in court on Monday with a separate hearing Tuesday afternoon; he was booked just before noon at the Winnebago County Jail, and a Sunday private memorial is planned, ABC 6 reported.
- The Tepes' two young children, ages 4 and 1, were found unharmed inside the home, and investigators say a motive remains unclear as officials prepare further statements.
