It has been in operation since mid-April, and on Friday the new elementary school on Kirchplatz in Wattens was opened "finally" highly official. The new building, in which almost 20 million euros are stuck, is mostly made of wood – and offers many other special features. The opening ceremony was also refreshingly unconventional.
