"Every other week" - dad didn't show up for rope practice - sentenced to prison

A man in his 40s missed his refresher training in Umeå. The man requested a postponement, arguing that he is alone with children every other week. Despite being rejected, the man chose not to attend the training and is now sentenced to prison.
