Welp there goes at least one PwC partner’s plan to divorce his spouse to protect assets from Evergrande fallout. The Financial Times, citing sources, reported that the liquidators of China Evergrande Group sent a letter to PwC's Hong Kong partner, stating that they would hold him personally accountable for auditing errors and explicitly warning him to transfer assets through means such as divorce if necessary.
