European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos presented four areas for discussing changes to the EU enlargement process — internal reforms of the bloc, strengthened democratic guarantees, gradual integration and transitional measures.
The European Commission is proposing a reform of the enlargement process of the European Union, under the conditions under which the Community bloc must prepare for a future of over 30 Member States.
