The European Federation of Journalists (EFJ) has filed a complaint with the Council of Europe concerning the "threat" to "the physical integrity of an RTBF journalist" by MR President Georges-Louis Bouchez. The EFJ is the largest journalist organization in Europe and claims to represent more than 296,000 journalists across 74 organizations in 44 countries.
