Eureka couple accused of operating organized retail theft ring

Farhan Rasoul Zadeh Seisan and his wife, Sona Sharifina, on June 30 were each charged with four felony counts of organized retail theft after investigators accused the Eureka couple of stealing at least $500,000 worth of items from Home Depot and at least $100,000 worth of items from Lowe’s.
