EU slams prison term for Russian father in antiwar art case
Alexei Moskalyov was convicted of discrediting the Russian army. He was sentenced to two years in prison in his hometown of Yefremov. His daughter drew an antiwar sketch at school that depicted missiles flying over a Russian flag. He has been raising Maria alone for about 10 years.
