Ethics complaint filed against Warren Community Outreach Director

An ethics complaint has been filed by a Warren resident against the city’s Community Outreach Director Olu Jabari. Paul Kardasz submitted the complaint last week after receiving an email from Jabari inviting him to Mayor Lori Stone’s community forum on the hiring of a new police commissioner.
