While Estonia is still building Rail Baltic based on the plan to have its part ready by 2030, Matīss Paegle, chairman of the board of RB Rail, which is building a railway connecting the three Baltic states to Europe via Poland, confirmed in an interview with Postimees that, considering all the circumstances, there is no chance that Latvia will have its part ready at the same time as Estonia.
