Espanola and Sables-Spanish Rivers fire departments agree to share administration

The Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers and the Town of Espanola have entered into an agreement for a shared fire administration. With growing expectations of municipal fire departments for training, reporting and certification, Sables-Spanish Rivers and Espanola are securing the long-term sustainability of their fire departments by putting in place a more comprehensive administration made possible through cost sharing.
