In a statement published on his social media page, State Secretary for Culture Ervin Nagy announced that he has exempted Kiss-B. Atilla, the general director of the Budapest Operetta Theatre, from work as of today, for the duration of the investigation launched by the ministry at the theatre. The investigations are also ongoing at the National Theatre.
Ervin Nagy explained the status of the investigation into the Opera House, the Operetta Theatre and the National Theatre - According to the Secretary of State, the Director General of the Operetta Theatre cannot work until the investigation is complete.
