Ernst & Young giving $100 million in bonuses for human skills
The program will recognize workers who show leadership, judgment and adaptability as EY US expands rewards for technology adoption.
On Monday, Ernst & Young LLP announced a $100 million program to reward professionals demonstrating human skills like leadership, judgment, and business acumen alongside technology adoption.
Dante D'Egidio, EY Americas CEO and U.S. Managing Partner, said "the pace and complexity of change in our industry require confident leadership," positioning the initiative for a "tech-led, human-powered world."
The program introduces three categories: Everyday leadership, Transformation that drives measurable results, and Game-changing impact, enabling all ranks of EY US professionals to recognize colleagues for contributions.
Ginnie Carlier, EY Americas Chief Talent and Culture Officer, said "how we reward our people defines what we value," emphasizing the awards empower professionals to "challenge what is possible."
Part of ongoing multi-billion dollar investments across more than 150 countries, EY US is transforming the employee lifecycle through initiatives like the Career Residency program for early-career talent development.
