On the afternoon of September 28th, a concrete archway in Huong Phong village, Huong Khe commune (Ha Tinh province) unexpectedly collapsed onto the road, hitting a motorbike carrying a mother and her 9-year-old son. The boy was injured and had to be taken to Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital for treatment.
