Elyria man leads police on chase through Amherst, Lorain, faces multiple charges

Authorities said a 52-year-old Elyria man led multiple police agencies on a chase June 21 through Lorain and Amherst while the driver threw out contraband such as a crack-pipe as police pursued him.
