Elsmere accepts bid for Garvey Avenue sidewalk improvements

The Elsmere City Council OK’ed a bid for a roughly five-block sidewalk resurfacing project on Garvey Avenue Tuesday night. The work will run from the intersection of Shaw Avenue and Garvey Avenue to the intersection of Florence Court and Garvey Avenue.
