GUTHRIE, Ky. – An Elkton man faces criminal charges after allegedly jumping on a counter at a business. According to a release, the Todd County Sheriff’s Office responded to Favorite Lotto in Guthrie Friday evening to reports of a man acting erratically inside the business.
