ELKTON, Ky. – An Elkton man is charged with attempted murder after allegedly assaulting his neighbor with a baseball bat. According to WEKT Radio, the Elkton Police Department responded to Elkton Green Apartments located on South Main Street for a possible assault. When police arrived, they located a 60-year-old man.
