The Dare County Sheriff’s Office has reported on the arrest of four Elizabeth City men following a traffic stop in Nags Head. According to a DCSO news release, on April 9, 2024 at around 5:28 p.m., the Dare County Sheriff’s Office and Nags Head Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a registration violation near Sonic in Nags Head.
