IMBLER & ELGIN – (Release from the Elgin Lions Club) The Elgin Lions club completed their annual project of distributing flags to all first graders in the Imbler and Elgin Schools. Eleven Lions were on hand to discuss the history and meaning of the flag to the eager students.
