2026 Elections: National Elections Board excludes Martín Vizcarra and other disqualified candidates from the Preliminary Electoral Roll | National Elections Board | Martín Vizcarra | Delia Espinoza
The National Elections Jury (JNE) excluded Martín Vizcarra and Delia Espinoza along with six other former officials disqualified by the Congress of the Preliminary Electoral Register. The measure also reaches former judge César Hinostroza and former president of CNM Guido Águila. The disqualified may not exercise their right to vote on April 12, 2026.
The National Elections Jury approved the exclusion of the Padr n Electoral Preliminary of eight former officials disqualified from holding public office.
