BANNING, Calif. (KUNA) – A jury has convicted an 82-year-old man of killing a 75-year-old woman in Palm Springs six years ago. Stephen Roy McKernan was found guilty of second-degree murder in the 2019 killing of Claire Carsman at her Palm Springs home, court records show.
