Elderly man mowed down by bus in Valelevu

A man in his 60s died after being hit by a bus while crossing near the Valelevu roundabout in Nasinu last night. Police say the victim was attempting to cross Yasiyasi Road when he was struck by a bus driven by a man in his 50s.
