HILLSBORO, Ore. – EJ Andrews Jr. hit a two-run homer and knocked in three and the Spokane Indians beat the first-place Hillsboro Hops 8-2 in the opener of a six-game High-A Northwest League series at Hillsboro Ballpark on Tuesday.

Hops fall 8-2 to Spokane in the first of 12 straight home games
The streaking Hops are streaking in the wrong direction now, having lost their second straight after falling to Spokane 8-2 on April 15, in the first of six games with the Indians and in all, 12 straight home games.
