Porter named as recipient of the Betty Howe Scholarship

Sky Porter, of Lexa, has been selected as the new recipient of the Betty Howe Scholarship at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA). Porter is currently a student in the Practical Nursing (PN) program on the Helena campus. The Howe Scholarship was established in memory of Betty Butts Howe, of Helena.
