Temple, Tx (FOX 44) - The woman who died after being rescued from a fire on Hickory Road in Temple has been identified as 35-year-old Emily Claire Meeks. She died at a local hospital where she had been taken after being pulled from the home at 3011 Hickory Road. She had been reported as critical while being transported. A 72-year-old Chester woman has been charged with arson and risking a catastrophe. Court records indicate Diane Stoddard, 72, was charged with two counts of arson with danger of death or bodily injury, recklessly endangering another person and risking a catastrophe.
