Temple, Tx (FOX 44) - The woman who died after being rescued from a fire on Hickory Road in Temple has been identified as 35-year-old Emily Claire Meeks. She died at a local hospital where she had been taken after being pulled from the home at 3011 Hickory Road. She had been reported as critical while being transported. Court records indicate Diane Stoddard, 72, was charged with two counts of arson with danger of death or bodily injury, recklessly endangering another person and risking a catastrophe.
