EDITORIAL: Move to cultivate, keep Hawaii workers

The shrinking work force is a national phenomenon, and yet it somehow is more noticeable in Hawaii. The general trends all apply here — falling birth rates, retirement of the populous baby boomer generation and cuts in immigration.
