Altice France extended the exclusive negotiating period granted to Bouygues Telecom, Iliad (Free) and Orange for the divestiture of its SFR operator until 5 June 2026.
They were due to end this Friday. Orange, Bouygues Telecom and Iliad (Free) made an offer of EUR 20.35 billion.
Discussions on the distribution of the group among several operators were scheduled to be completed on Friday, 15 May, but the number of stakeholders is delaying the process.
The exclusive negotiations between Altice France and the three operators applying to buy SFR are extended until 5 June. Orange, Bouygues Telecom and Free are continuing their discussions on an operation to EUR 20.35 billion.
The discussions were originally scheduled to end this Friday, with the €20.35 billion buy-back bid presented on April 17 by SFR's competitors.
