Echo Canyon's fight goes statewide as two counties back the Moab challenge to SB 258

Echo Canyon's developers want a judge to rule for them on four of the five claims in the lawsuit challenging SB 258, and the groups that sued want a ruling in their favor on part of the case. Wasatch and Kane counties have asked to file a brief supporting the groups. Arguments are at 9 a.m. Oct. 29.
