The new officials of the Commission of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) officially took up their duties this Monday, March 2 in Malabo. It was the current president of the organization, Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, who presided over the swearing-in ceremony at the People's Palace, in the presence of members of the government and accredited ambassadors.
