The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee announced that the Department of Justice (DOJ) had reached a settlement over alleged Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) fraud, marking the third settlement related to the pandemic-era loan program to be announced by prosecutors in East Tennessee since September 30.
