While five departments were in an orange rain-flood watch this Thursday morning, only the Upper Rhine remains on alert at midday.

Weather France indicated in its latest bulletin that five departments in the north-east of the country would remain in orange vigilance during the rains and floods until mid-afternoon this Thursday, August 21. Doubs, Haute-Saône, the Territory of Belfort, Vosges and Haut-Rhin are concerned.
