Eagles WRs DeVonta Smith, Dontayvion Wicks Not Spotted at Practice
Both receivers missed practice for a third straight day, leaving Philadelphia short-handed as it prepares for Monday’s matchup with Dallas.
- The Philadelphia Eagles ruled out top wide receivers DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks for Monday night's game against the Dallas Cowboys after both missed practice on Saturday.
- Philadelphia enters the matchup on a four-game losing streak, already without quarterback Jalen Hurts for the season and following the surprise retirement of offensive tackle Lane Johnson.
- Smith leads the team with 26 receptions and 310 yards despite missing two games, while Wicks has 19 receptions and 284 yards; both injuries recurred on Saturday.
- Tight end Dallas Goedert logged a full practice Saturday with no game designation, but running back Saquon Barkley remains questionable while recovering from a hamstring injury.
- The 2-4 Eagles appear on the verge of a 'lost season' as they attempt to integrate receivers like Britain Covey and Elijah Moore to stabilize the offense.
