Dylan Groenewegen was hit by a motorcyclist at a roundabout during his training. Near Uithoorn, between the Ringdijk Eerste Bedijking and Tweede Bedijking, the Unibet Rose Rockets sprinter was not given right of way by the motorcyclist who crashed into him head-on. The cyclist sustained a muscle tear near his ribs in the accident. The consequences of this injury are not yet clear.
