Duppler-Smith Post #460 American Legion in Belleville has made the decision for the third year in a row not to hold our yearly Feather Party/Bingo in November. COVID poses too much risk to ask people to attend in our building at this time. We would also like to give the local businesses another year to recover economically from the hardship of the Pandemic.
