Mercedes-Pilot Lucas Auer lost his DTM overall lead with a twelfth place in Spielberg on Saturday. After the first of two races at home at the Red Bull Ring in the overall classification, the Tyrolean is now two points behind the victorious German Rene Rast (BMW). Porsche-Pilot Thomas Preining, DTM-Champion of 2023, can also make hopes after a sixth place as a total five with a gap of eleven meters.
