Dry conditions increasing risk of fire spread, says Red Deer County fire chief

Dry conditions have resulted in several outside fires throughout Red Deer County this month. Since May 1, Red Deer County fire crews have responded to more than 20 outside fire incidents, many of which started as burn barrel fires or old burns that reignited.
